No Passado dia 17 de Setembro, André Gomes da Unidade de Materiais e Produtos do CATIM, participou em reunião do WG5 do CEN/TC 295/WG 5, Frankfurt, Alemanha.
O anfitrião da reunião foi a associação industrial HKI - Industrial association of House, Heating and Kitchen Technology (http://hki-online.de/en), mas esta decorreu no centro de conferencias da ZVEI – German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers Association (https://www.zvei.org/en/), ambos instalados no mesmo edifício.
“CEN/TC 295 - Residential solid fuel burning appliances” Scope:
Standardization in the field of residential heating and cooking appliances burning solid fuels: to include solid mineral fuel burning appliances, wood- burning appliances and multifuel appliances. The standardization to cover appliance construction, performance, (e.g. efficiency and emissions), safety and commissioning requirements, together with their associated test methods and installation and operating instructions. The standardization of test fuels and test methods for the assessment of the suitability of fuels for the various appliance types.
“CEN/TC 295/WG 5 – Test Methods” Scope:
To draft the relevant parts of the EN's for solid fuel burning appliances. To include co-ordinated and harmonized test methods for all parameters for which tests are required for WGs 1 to 4. To deal with the use and specifications for test rigs and test fuels. To provide test methods for the assessment of the suitability of fuels declared by the manufacturer is similar for use on the various appliances.
Estiveram presentes 15 membros em representação de 10 países: Alemanha, Dinamarca, Finlândia, França, Holanda, Itália, Noruega, Portugal, Reino Unido e Suiça.
Data da próxima reunião: 14 de novembro, Londres.
